General information about the Westland region information point
The Work in NL information point is in the Naaldwijk town hall at Verdilaan 7. You can visit us during the Monday advice sessions, with or without an appointment. The building is easy to reach and is accessible to visitors. People with a physical disability can also visit the building. We help EU migrant workers like you with questions about housing, work, healthcare and rules. We help you personally during the advice session. We explain things clearly and calmly. We also help you find the right organisations. Everything you tell us remains private.

Yes, we are happy to help you with this. We can complete the application with you and explain how DigiD works.
2. How can I find a home, such as social housing?
You can register with Woonnet Haaglanden to look for social housing. You can also look for a privately rented home.
3. Can my employer dismiss me if I’m ill?
Usually not. You can report sick if you cannot work. Your employer normally cannot dismiss you while you are ill. However, you must follow the correct rules when you report sick.
4. Where can I get help if I have problems with my employer?
You can contact Juridisch Loket for free advice. You can also contact FairWork. We can help you find the right organisation.
5. Where can I learn Dutch?
You can take simple language classes at a library near you. ROC Mondriaan also offers Dutch language courses.
